ニューヨーク、セントラルパークサウスにあった元祖Nirvanaのお客様からはよく、「お店に入ったとたんにまるで別世界に入りこんで、天国でディナーを楽しんでいるような気分になれる」というお声をいただけるほどロマンティックで、多くのお客様から愛されていたレストランでした。私達は、Nirvana New Yorkでもお客様に天国でお食事をしているような体験をしていただけるよう、当時の雰囲気を再現させようと努めました。.

元祖Nirvana は2002年に閉店しました。それ以来私は、いつかまた本物のNirvanaを蘇らせたいと常に願っていました。今回、私が描いていたよりも早くこの日本でそれが実現できたなんてまるで夢のようです。日本の皆様の暖かい歓迎に深く感謝し、皆様をぜひNirvana New Yorkにご招待し、当店自慢の本場インド料理を楽しんで頂きたいと思います。

Our guests at the original Nirvana on Central Park South often told us that they felt as if they had been transported into a different world
upon entering the restaurant, and afterwards, as if they had enjoyed a dinner in heaven. It was a very romantic restaurant and indeed loved by many. We have sought to recreate that heavenly dining experience at Nirvana New York.

The original restaurant closed in 2002, and since that time, I had always hoped to revive Nirvana again one day in the future, in its true
essence. It is like a dream that I have been able to realize that goal in Japan earlier than expected. I greatly appreciate all of you in Japan for your warm welcome, and I invite you to come and enjoy our authentic Indian cuisine, of which I am particularly proud.
